Memorial Walk for Flight 3407

In honor of the victims of Continental Flight 3407 who did not get to finish their journey to the Buffalo International Airport, the Families of Continental Flight 3407 have decided to complete their journey. The walk will be on February 12 to remember the 51 souls that were lost in the tradgic accident one year ago. READ MORE... with the determination that this should never happen to another family.
You are invited to walk along with us in 1 of 3 legs: 10 miles (starting at Long St), 4.2 miles (starting at West Herr at Main and Transit) or 1 mile (starting at the Holiday Inn on Genesee next to the airport).
The walk will begin at 9:30am on Long Street. The route will follow Clarence Center - Goodrich - Main - Transit - Genesee. Several stopovers have been scheduled along the route.

Please show your support by picking up signs at your local Tops (signs say "We support 3407 Families' Fight for Aviation Safety. Remembering those lost February 12, 2009"). Signs are free.
